Wendy is contracted to provide coaching to individuals and  work teams. Deeply skilled and experienced at providing conflict resolution among employees, her experience extends from front line employees to middle management through to executives in senior management.

As a business woman and principal of Turner Larsen Consulting, Wendy understands the importance of perceiving client’s core issues and understanding corporate objectives so she can quickly lead clients and teams toward change and alignment. Most impressively, Wendy has assisted many employees return to work successfully after stress leaves and work-place conflict absences.  

Survey results from nine individuals in one organization who recently used Wendy’s coaching services show that 89% of respondents gave a score of four or five out of five when evaluating their work engagement score. This was an increase of 22% from pre-coaching evaluations.

 

Her educational background; a Masters degree in Counselling/Psychology and a second Masters that focused on leadership development are the strong foundation to which Wendy has added more than 8 years experience as a professional coach, 18years as a professional counsellor, and  over 25 years teaching, speaking and leading.

 

Booking appointments with Wendy is quick and easy, she is diligent with follow-up and uses a consistent and confidential invoice and billing system. Local clients in Regina have the choice of meeting at their workplace or in her office. Wendy is also available for coaching sessions by telephone or Skype.
