Perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional triggers and stress are addressed.
I work with some clients exclusively with the brain health and nutrition approach. This is intended to address neurotransmitter deficiencies that may result in symptoms such as: depression, worry/anxiety, obsessive thoughts/behaviors, poor sleep, low motivation, low energy, poor focus/concentration, feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, overly emotional, over-eating, and addictions.
Brain Health Executive coaching conversations focus on career and organizational performance, however, personal challenges that affect one's work performance can be addressed. Without addressing these issues, employees are often not able to move forward. Stress is a significant issue facing employees and is commonly addressed and worked on in coaching.
