The best part about coaching is that it works! (You can check out how well it works HERE but stay with me for just a few minutes as we explore what makes it work.)
Coaching works the way you want it to work – sounds liberating doesn’t it? The relationship between a professional coach and the client focuses on the client taking responsibility and the action required to reach the goals they want to reach. It truly is all about you!
Self-awareness and the ability to be accountable are skills that flourish in this process. I provide a framework that allows for support and feedback and an opportunity for you to see and unleash your potential. It is an intuitive process and my education, training and years of experience also allows me to understand the science behind human behavior creating a synergy that allows you to thrive.
With over fourteen years coaching experience, I offer leadership and executive coaching, as well as personal coaching and brain health coaching read on and see which one is right for you.
Utilizing coaching techniques supported by a robust psychological foundation, I provide an integrated holistic approach to personal coaching including brain health and nutrition and hypnotherapy. I see potential in others and can help to bring out deeper truths that can unravel difficult challenges. Together we find the points of transformation and areas for growth and work positively towards them.
The cliché “it’s lonely at the top” is actually true! Many high level executives and those in leadership positions have very few opportunities to “get real” with someone. Thought leaders do need “thought partners” and that’s where I come in. I can be that objective sounding board that comes in to help you sort through key business challenges. And we will attach some accountability to the process along with some measurement metrics so that success can be monitored. And then we keep building on that success so that is sustainable and has a long term effect on performance.

Brain Health Coaching Executive coaching conversations focus on career and organizational performance, however, personal challenges that affect one's work performance can be addressed.
