Personal Excellence and Stress Management
Personal Excellence and Stress Management – “Help this is too much!”

It is said that depression is now the leading cause of disability in the world. This workshop will help participants assess emotional, psychological, workplace, social, relational and physical causes of one’s own stress along with one’s resiliency to stress.
John Kotter of the Harvard Business School states: “Because of the furious pace of change in business today, difficult to manage relationships sabotage more business than anything else—it is not a question of strategy that gets us in trouble; it is a question of emotions.”
Leaders are under more pressure than ever to perform and effective stress-management and emotional wellness underpin their leadership success. Stress management and one’s ability to maintain a high level of health and emotional wellness is critical for people at all organizational levels.
